The particular shape of the side deflectors inside the cooking chamber, made entirely of stainless steel, allows the heat to be directed towards the upper part of the cooking chamber, for then the return to the cooking area. A breakdown cannot under any circumstances lead to the exchange of equipment. The labor relating to the replacement of these parts and the transport thereof, are the responsibility of the buyer.
